Ok, heres my question, I'm not really fixing up my XD2 for performance as more towards luxury. I know this sounds kinda funny, but my question is, is there any way to swap out the existing steering with another Hyundai wheel? (I.E. the newer HD wheels, Sonata wheels, etc.) I've seen them swapped with Tiburon wheels, but I want something a bit more "classy". :abovelol:

Not sure if this is in the appropriate location, but if it is not MODs please feel free to move it accordingly.

if there is a will, there is a way, but i cant remember anyone trying anything other than a tiburon wheel. go forth and pioneer!

with that being said, does anyone know the differences if any when it comes to the different steering wheels, other then that they are from a different car that is...:D

I doubt there is much difference between them. The only thing to watch is the airbag connector. And the radio controls won't work.

im thinking about buying a cheap aftermarket red/black steering wheel for car shows. i would change it out for the show only.

right now im bidding on a porsche steering wheel. there are other wheels you can get to fit, but they have to be factory momo's and you will need to buy a new hub.

wouldn't there be a way to get the radio controls to work? after driving my friends Camry i like the idea of radio controls on the wheel. not priority, but it would be a nice thing to have. especially in SoCal where no one knows how to drive, and looking at the radio for 2 seconds will msot likely kill you!

The porsche, does it have airbags? I wouldn't mind getting a hot steering wheel without failing inspection
