Those are el gauge face overlays. You can find them on ebay everyonce in a while in MPH. I have a set I got from Korai99 on here and they are awesome you can switch from blu to green indiglo and adjust the brightness on them as well. They are a great mod and the guys with XD2 don't have them available ha!

Yeah, get some of the ones from eBay that are in MPH. They have a bunch of different styles and types actually (thanks to Ilan back in the day).

I have the all indiglo ones which I think are cool, but I think most people like the style you posted.

the thing i notice on on the reverse glow is that during the day you can see the automatic letters. is that some thing you cant get around?

wow ilan... those looks effin AMAZING!!! too bad nobody makes any gauges that light up red... id buy some... bcuz no matter what led's i try... i still get noticeable hot spots... and it ****ing bothers the hell out of me...

for red all you need are colored regular bulbs

i meant... RED electro luminescent gauges, like those in the picture... but nobody makes them in just red, its always a blue/red combo, i want just red... and my gauges are in red... but i have hot spots, no matter what led's i try using... :( if anyone ever makes red only EL gauges, im buying them.

They are little rubber bulb condoms that go over a clear bulb to color it. The stock bulbs have a green one (in addition to a film being on the back side of the gauges themselves).
As for the Bros gauges, I know about them, but they are not in MPH and therefore aren't applicable.

got the ones in the original post...love them. They are not just overlays like the others, you have to remove the originals, replace all the bulbs, and then they glow the right colour through.

does it really matter tho? if its kph or mph?.... i mean.. ive driven for long enuff to pretty much know what my mph is even if its not in MPH... so if theres gauges u like but theyre in kph... **** it, just get them man.. im sure its not illegal. and if it is.. **** it..

rob, i dont particulary like the gauges u have, because theres too much light flooding around the needle holes , i dislike that. but besides that, they do look cool. u shud change the bulbs in the back to blue ones, so that the BROS letters and ur mileage display glow blue too.
