from what ive read here, use string or thread or tooth floss, or something of that nature, to get the eye lines off, then use the goo gone. or brake cleaner to try n get the rest of the goo off.
be careful not to soak the rubber with the goo gone too much as it will shrivel up like ur hands do under water. might cause leaks, when i cleaned my door trim with goo gone, thats what happened to the seal. but eventually after being closed for a few hours, seemed to go back to normal.

soak it in goo gone, then use a sharp plastic edge to scrape at it. You got to get the residue soaked and it will start to dissolve, then you can use something to scrape it all off.

Is it cold out? If so use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften the glue and peel them off then go to wal-mart and get some stuff call Ooops! it's a spray can. Let it soak for about 5 minutes and use a cloth to wipe the residue away. You don't want to scrape on your headlights unless you wanna buff out the scratches later.

using a plastic edge like from a credit card or even a plastic spoon wont scratch anything.
