This post is to let all of our faithful members know of the first Do It Yourself Drive. Whoever submits the best Do It Yourself Guide will recieve a free EXD t-shirt (and possibly more EXD stuff). The DIY entries will be judged by the current mods and admins and be judged on criteria like Best Pictures, Most Details, Presentation, etc.

Any DIY submitted from now to October 31, 2004 will be included. Nobody can resubmit ones they have already posted, unless they overwhelmingly rework the current DIY. The DIY's can be for anything, from Changing the Oil to Installing New Speakers to Installing a Body Kit. All DIY's are welcome. If there is an unusually low amount of DIY's posted from now until then, then I'll be dissapointed, so don't let that happen, haha.

So, who will have the Greatest Do It Yourself Guide in EXD history? It could be you.

Looks like Kaborwildfire is trying to win with the MSD DIS2 Do It Yourself.

Good luck to everyone.

There are only about two weeks left for this contest. I'm sure some of you have DIY's to submit...

Remember, a DIY for anything is good, from changing the oil to installing a turbo.

Ok, there is 8 DIY's that were submitted and the mods and I are going to go through them and pick what we think is the best. Hopefully I'll be sending out the t-shirt to winner by the end of the week. We'll let you know.

Big THANKS to everyone who has submitted DIY's in the last month and the last two years. I'd like to see more and more up, so don't be shy to post up some more.

We have decided that the overall best DIY for this contest was the MSD DIS2 Install submitted by Kaborwildfire. Thanks again for all the DIYs everyone. Now, we just need more and more and more, haha. Keep up the good work.

Maybe you should open the voting to the whole board by integrating a rating system (1-10 etc...) on each DIY. And so perhaps those that summit it will edit and clarify the procedure from forum tips. Then the rating gets reset after each edit.
