Seems like you need brighter LEDs..the whole ring doesn't light up.

yes by myself, the resolution of the celphone camera is pretty bad but it light up all the ring, I used LED high intensity

hi i have done this on my accent is not that hard, first open the headlights by any method (the oven the hairdryer by force) in ebay you can find angel eyes or halo rings there available for many models i think you might use mazda 6 o ford focus for the elantras they look sick i can tell you that by experience
