ah.. fines...

yeah, so about a year ago i had my 94Saturn SL1, i got pulled over for 7 tickets, the NYS Cop dropped all of them, and gave me a ticket for "Operat out of class" Witch means i was driving after nine O' clock. Okay, no problem, I just was starting my new job, ticked gets mailed in(i think) I think nothing of it, till just about 3 days ago, i am on my 2000FT street with 4 people livin on it, with my uninsured elantra, then a cop pulls me over... (im like ohh $%^$) He asked me what happened to my finders, bumpers.. blah blah. okay, no problem, i give him my license, about ten minutes later, he comes back and tells me the elantra has no insurance on it and my license got suspended because of a "Operat out of class ticket" back 2/25/07 Im like reallY. So now i just called the court about my first ticket last year on 2/25/07 they said i can plead guilty and they will lift the suspension and just give me fines... so i said okay to that, so now i have to mail in a guilty plea, and just pay the fines + a 35$ fee for NYS lift. So that is one court down, then i have to go to court about my 2 recent tickets 3 days ago, for no insurance and no license. (I know about the no insurance, i dropped it on the elantra) So im sure there will be more fees... :-D :mad: ahh. live and learn i guess.

but as for the other stuff, thats awesome your getting off with a 35$ fine, but since that BS is all from last year, thats total crap. you should have to pay crap if you honestly never knew about it. at this point the hassle is worse then the fines really. good luck getting it all sorted out
