View Full Version : Spotted Pink XD1!

So I spotted a Pink (not just regular Pink I'm talking Brightass Pink), XD on my way home from work today It had Ohio Plates on it was tinted, rimmed up and had what looked like the spoiler off an evo VIII or something. I don't think anyone here has this car but if you are a lurker post up son!

no doubt, they could be the plastic flamingo on the front lawn of ElantraXD. ;)

i just saw a super bright pink new cavalier. it looked rediculous.. id love to see an xd though, i would just lol at it

It was a sedan NOT a hatch Kinda reminded me of this Minus the eyelines, grill and different wheels

what has greater chances...there being 2 bright pink elantras in the same area, or maybe one of the spotters mistook a sedan for a hatch, or vice versa?

the area in which Matt and I saw the pink elantra isn't that close to Derek, about a 2 hr drive.

Lancaster is like 85 miles from me and it had OHIO plates. Also I don't make mistakes when I see an elantra I make sure. If the light hadn't turned green I would have snapped a pic but I had some redneck in a gigantic pick up honkin' me down. spittin tobacca out at me

I'd slap a bazoka Joe sticker on that thing if I were walking by it. Deffinitely different.

There's no way to mistake a sedan for a hatch and vice versa....

if you couldnt get a great look, would you be able to tell which was the hatch, which was the sedan?

i guess what im getting at, is how can you say IM wrong (which i could be), but you have no way to show youre RIGHT? did you see either car?

P.S. In your pic the hatch is on the top (i think, unless im blind).

I don't know. I think I might be with Evan on this one.

The chances of there be more than 1 hot pink in the US isn't very high. Let alone within 100 miles of each other. Of course, we are talking about ricer heaven (PA). Who knows...

^^I only know that because mine is a sedan and it's the bottom one,lol.

The top is the hatch and the bottom is the sedan. If you look you can see the cover for the hatch and it does not have any speakers on it like the sedan in the rear window.
