Gee... did you guys know that there was a 2006 Tiburon V6 that came with a "FACTORY INSTALLED" supercharger?
Hmmm... what factory was that? It certainly wan't the Hyundai factory.

It just amazes me how little the people who sell cars know about them. I can't believe that anyone thought that Hyundai made any supercharged cars. The last forced induction vehicle Hyundai sold in the USA was the Scoupe turbo back in the early 90's.
You can count the number of factory supercharged car models produced over the last 5 years on two hands, and none of them are Hyundais.

Alot of dealerships have a motorsports section where they install aftermarket tunner parts at a customers request, im guessing the supercharger was installed at the dealer as an aftermarket upgrade by the last owner, the hyundai dealer here in San diego also installs aftermarket parts but mostly for tiburons.

Actually, I had the factory installed supercharger on my Elantra, but it was too fast so I took it off.
Ha.

Yeah, not a bad deal at all.
Basically it's stock plus the supercharger. They could have said "Professionally" installed or something like that, not "factory." Oh wells.

I had someone argue with me about that. They where saying hyundai built a factory s/c'd tib... Maybe he got that idea from ebay, lol.
