There is a small bulb beside the low beam bulb in my 2004 GT. It is not mentioned in the manual. What is it?

Yep. it only comes in XD2s. ('04-'06)

It's not the drl, or at least the proper OEM canadian-required drl, which uses the high beams on low power.
