Tranny problem

Yesterday my check engine light came on i scan with my scangauge and P0720 came up .. today i got both sensor input and output from the dealer change them myself.. reset the ECU .. no more check engine lights.. resetting the ECU did i clear the code or do i have to take the car to the dealer to clear the code?

uhm... why is the title tranny problem? is the code for the transmission? or did i miss something here?

In answer to your question, no, you don't have to go to the dealer. If the light is gone, your code is gone. If it doesn't come back, everything is good. If it comes back, your problem still exists.

oh, thats weird... i pretty much tore my tranny apart... and never got any CEL's... lol
