Anybody else collect Air Jordan sneakers? Or any sneaker/shoe.

Who else is an Air Jordan sneaker collector? I myself am a girl when it comes to my footwear. I have nearly enough Jordans alone to wear a different pair everyday for 3 weeks and enough shoes in total to wear a different pair for everyday of the month. I only wear Nikes and Timberlands though. Clothes are OK, but I always have to have a fresh pair of kicks on my feet.

Can't wait for these to come out.

At least yours are much cheaper. If it weren't for the price and the popularity of my size, I'd have a LOT more. I wear a size 8 and that's usually the first size to sell out.

My skate shoes (Circa, DC, and Osiris) are all about 90-95 bucks a pop. I have 3 pairs of each.

Ever since I was a kid, I LOVED Jordans. Now that I can afford them, I buy all the ones I like. It started off as just getting a pair one time several years back. Then one pair turned to 2 and so on and just turned into a collection.

My skate shoes (Circa, DC, and Osiris) are all about 90-95 bucks a pop. I have 3 pairs of each.

Most of my Jordans are are at least $140 each pair. There was one pair that came with a briefcase that retailed for $200. I got them for $90 on clearance from eastbay after they were out for over 6 months and didn't sell.

I have more shoes than my wife and 2 daughters combined. I love shoes always have. And they stay clean. I clean them more than my car. Westleys bleach white (tire cleaner) FTW!

I got a pair of Spizikes, but not that color. The only color I really liked was the white/gray which are the ones I have.

Shoes are meant to protect your feet. I wear boots the majority of the time (work in a shop) and since its getting warmer I "bum" it in barefeet or sandals. Then I have my athletic shoes for the gym/running and my pair of Adios for any other time. Thats enough for me.

I went and got a nice $20 of Mountain Gear boots from Modells for dirty work around the house. My work boots, however, cost more than most of my J's. But they are really high quality.

1 - Sketcher dress shoes
2 - New Balance 554 for daily duty
3 - $5 target flip flops

the sketchers and the flipflops have been on the list for years, same pair. The sneakers get swapped out when they're dead. Average 2-3 years on a pair of Vans, 1-1.5years on regular sneakers.

Im not saying shoes make you but that your approach may loose some points because your shoes are weak despite how good your game is.

That being said i've never owned a pair of Jordans but I wear ALL types of shoes. I just bought some ASIC wrestling shoes for the Datsun whenever I get it track worthy. But i buy most of my stuff on ebay, right now I have 43 pairs of shoes. I need to buy a new pair of DC Alliances(most comfortable skate/any shoe ever) because i've torn them up skating.

actually I take that back because I did own 1 pair of J's but never wore them, I had them customized by the guy that did my car too. i forgot about them because they were destroyed when my basement flooded. :(
The ferrari ones are alright but i didn't want red shoes, these Asics are the business though. They are very snug and are for heel-toe work. I guess I collect Pro-Keds though since i have a bunch of them in different flavors.

and junk shoes, like the tennis shoes i posted above, but the previous model. these lasted me about 3 years, which is why i asked for a new pair for x-mas...im hoping these hold up for a couple years too...boots, ive had the low cuts about 3 years, taller ones probably 4 years...sandals i just got last year for vacation, dress shoes i just got last year for an event.

i would say if i buy 2 pairs of shoes in a year, thats A LOT. usually i dont buy shoes unless a pair has worn out, or i need them for something specific.

I usually don't wear shoes until they're completely falling apart. Once they show minor signs of wear, I'll donate them to Goodwill (after buying another pair.)

Growing up with my mom, I had to rely on places like Goodwill to get shoes, and I remember how horrible it was to try and pick which shoes were the least damaged and closest to my size...so I make sure to donate shoes with some kick left in them.

Except the Osiris' of course. Best $30 I've spent in years...

1 pair of 6.0's, and 1 pair of some skate type shoe.

then i have some etnies or w/e theyre called, some other pair of nikes... and idk wat else... but the 6.0's are by far the most comofrtable shoes ive wore to this day... spent an entire day in 6flags with them on, never complained.
