need help with my tune.

I have just finished my new setup on my car and now for the fun part, the tune. If anybody has some knowledge with this I could use the help, I am going to use a megasquirt ems with 440 cc injectors running around 18 lbs of boost.

I haven't messed with the Megasquire at all but I've got experiencing tuning full standalones. I can give you some basic settings to put in the MS software to get it up and running. You want timing to be set to read a 60-2 missing tooth trigger wheell. Base timing should be 36 degrees with retard up to -14 under full boost. Injector open time should be 1ms. I'm not sure how the MS calculates how much fuel to inject so you'll have to play with the values in the fuel cell and watch your wideband. You want to be between 14.7-15.1 AFR at idle and cruise vaccuum. WOT AFR depends on a lot of factors but you want to start at 13.5 and go down to about 11.5 to 12.0:1 at full boost. This is assuming you have a fully built bottom end.

the 440 injectors are what I have in it at the moment with a blox fmu. when I can save some more money up I am going with 850's. The turbo is an gt40r that was a custom build for a wrx that I did some trade work for.

just finished the ic pipe and took it for a drive around the block. Now I need to finish the body work and put the springs on.
