There's a guy selling these:

I've always wanted BBS rims but could never find them for our bolt pattern. What do you all think is it worth it for that price?

ehh, i don't like them myself for the price cause they don't look any different than the multitude of adr rims on ebay, i guess your paying for the BBS name though, i also don't know what the weight is on those.
They kinda remind me of srt 4 wheels

only to the untrained eye my friend.
4x114.3 BBS wheels are a rare find. One of my Favorites are the RX.
If you've got the money, Id go for it.

Those rims look pretty scratched up, personally I wouldn't buy them I'm too picky. Its pretty cheap compared to new retail prices, but remember these ain't brand new rims.
I thought all Hondas where 4x100 pattern, like tommy said 114 BBS are rare, I would ask him to double check that. Look at some rim sites see what bolt pattern comes up for all those cars he listed.

Those BBS's are classics, great looking, simple, clean, well built wheel. All the rest that got posted here, id rather send to the scrap heap. Too busy, too flashy.

you're not going to find a mesh style wheel that is as clean as a BBS RX.
Id offer him $600, and take the tires off, as they're too big for the car anyways.
4x114.3 RX's are rare, infact ive hardly even seen them in anything besides 5x100. They're in pretty good shape, and considering the rareness, you may never find another set.

Those BBS's are classics, great looking, simple, clean, well built wheel.
But they are beat up and over priced and probably won't look good on an Elantra.

they're not beat up. a little scuff here and there and could definatly use better pictures and a clean up. they're certainly not over priced if youve ever shopped for rare old BBS wheels.
And i think they'd look pretty good on an elantra. If i get bored, ill break out the photoshop and see.

Guy won't budge on the price.... we'll see, but I was thinking they may look bad on the XD too, but I remembered ilanpro having a similar set on his car.

Classic and rare or not, and although BBS makes a quality wheel, those are just average looking wheels. There are way hotter BBS's out there, and way hotter mesh wheels from other brands. IMO, those aren't worth $800 used, maybe $600 max WITH a set of useable tires. They just look boring.
By the way Tom, is that your car in the chop? I like the grill. I wasn't planning on getting a grill, but lookin at that one makes me wanna reconsider.

na, thats his car. Mine is a silver 05 GT
And its different styles. What you think is boring, i think looks clean, simple and accents the car, not dominate it. I dont want wheels that are the center of attention.
Anything more mesh would be too much, that and mulitpiece look like crap on late model cars.

Complement, not distract. The look those wheels would give is more of an OEM upgrade, or as i like to call OEM+ styling.

Yours looks a hell of a lot better than the BBS's and I'm sure at a fraction of the cost. The BBS's look clean but still just boring, kinda like the Tiburon 16's.

its also a 5min photoshop vs a real picture.
I still think they'd look good. They are expensive, but if its worth it to him, then why not.

I'm negotiating with the guy right now. But with the cost of new tires, at least $400, plus the cost of the rims, minimum $600, then I'm looking at a minimum of $1000 for used rims. I can purchase brand new rims and tires for the price, so I have a lot of thinking to do.

yea, it is pretty costly. Might be better off with something else, unless you just really love those wheels.
be glad you arent driving a VW. all the good old school wheels will run you $1000 + tires..
