So I'm cruising down the street doing about 30-35 mph and i enter an intersection with a green light. Then it all goes crazy, I push an airbag out of my face and I'm now looking at an SUV that I've just plowed into.
Apparently some one ran a red light doing 40-45 mph and slammed straight into my right front fender sending me over a curb into parking lot, still at speed mind you cuz I never hit the break even though that was the only thought going through my mind. I hit said SUV and sent it 5-6 feet sideways into another SUV and tore it up pretty bad.
The truck that hit me spun and clipped my right rear quarter panel too and damaged my trunk lid. His passenger had minor injuries, ie. no broken bones, but no one else was hurt. Neither of us had a valid license, mine was due to an old fine I never paid, which is already taken car of. The driver of the truck is on parole, and he got atleast 5 tickets from the ordeal.
Amazingly none of my stereo equipment was damaged, including my components in the right front door, their just relocated 1 foot inwards from their OEM location. The car ran for 2-3 minutes after I evacuated it, so I think the engine is still serviceable, as well as my 6 month old clutch. Unfortunately I think the new Eibach struts and springs are shot, at least 1 of the for sets.

Now the question is what to do! Do I buy it back and try to find a 01-03 Elantra GT 4-door, which only a few of which have I ever even seen. If I do that I can buy back the wreck for pennies for what it would cost for the good parts left:
OBX header
EVO Fusion exhaust
B&M short shifter
Shark Racing BBTB
'03 Tiburon GT sway bar
Beta engine and transmission @ 61k miles
Stage 3 ATC clutch and flywheel
Shark Racing F&R strut bars (if their still good)
I've already test drove an '07 Subaru Impreza 2.5 AWD with 18k on it. They want 17k, I might have to see what they say if I show up with 4k cash and say I'm financed for 11,500, lets do it.
Any ideas, lets hear 'em.
