does anyone know if any stroker kits are available for an 02 elantra. if so where and how much. I ran a search on the forums but it came up nill.

this would probably a total custom job, i haven't seen any myself only custom ground cams someone else had custom pistons/rods i think but it was for f/i setup

ok it was just out of curiosity i mean hey if i could do then yea but not for 3 grand.

There is a guy around here with a 2.1L stroked beta2, custom job. So it has been done, and can be done. The cost has to be outrageous though.

yeah it all comes down to $$$ in the end. If you want more power the cheapest way is gonna come from a nitrous bottle.

haha i already have a car for that me and my buddy are restoring a 79 trans am ill post pics sometime if you wan i just didn't think it proper this being an elantra site. and as for nitrous lets see after new rods and all that jazz it may only be a lil cheaper haha.

yeah its proper i posted pics of my 78' 280z and there have been a few members that ran nitrous with no problems at all

how much is it to fill a nitrous bottle? wondering how cheaper it is in the long run. I personally wouldn't use a nitrous kit. I would rather install a turbo. More fun I think but more $$$ up front.

i ran an 80 shot on my (auto) xd with no problems at all. :D
