I just got my TWM shifter, but it did not come with grease. What grease should I get?
Also what size punch did everyone use for the install?

I dont remember needing a punch, but I used all purpose machine grease. its been about a year with no troubles. just ask for some grease at an auto parts store, it should suit you fine.

I got molybednum grease. Its the slipperiest stuff around.

You need a 8mm punch to drive the pin out. I used a small philips head screw driver to start it and then used old shaft from a dremel grinder attachment to drive it all the way out...

I didn't find it necessary to add any grease, but for this application, anything will work. It's not like there's anything is the shift mechanism that's under high stress.

IIRC, I use a 1/4" punch, but having the exact size is not critical.

Yeah, any kind of grease, even wheel bearing grease would be sufficient, and you don't need a whole lot of it either....smear some off the parts you've removed...that's what I did anyway.

I just scraped the grease off my stock shifter, there was more then enough.

To retrieve the bushings, I would just use a phillips.....actually, nect time I would just buy 2 new ones. They are cheap to replace and it save time and grief (one of mine broke during install and I had to buy a new one anyways).
