since my car has no body kit and no rice on it, i want to get something better than just some 17's. I like these Drag wheels in red. Is 15 or 16" better for the Elantra? iam thinking about 15's because they are really light weight.
after that i want to get a pretty good drop on my car any reccomendations? anybody with springs for sale?

Here is my car now...

16's in black. with a 205/50 tire

that red will look aweful on your burgundy car. 15" wheels are too small for me on these cars for aftermarket after you put the right size tires on, and they'll still look good when you lower it.

Hahah. Just busting your chops. ;)

I do agree, red and white would not look good. If you're going for a KDM look, I recommend a dark bronze.

As for springs and drop, just get h&r everyone seems to love them, unless you're looking for a super uber drastic drop then theres the springtechs.

yea, that bronze/gold doesnt look too bad on those white cars, i like it better than black, and definatly more than red.

not really a fan of those wheeels in general though, see them on too many mid-90's bondo colored civics.

what about the DR-24' or the DR-21's?

I have to agree with everyone above on the whole red idea. Not good.

As for a drop, look through the suspension sticky and see which looks best to you.

I plan on getting my current rims bronze powder coated. It can look right with the right colors. And on white, i dont think so, just doesn't seem to work well with light colors.

yeah also bronze is a nice color. iam thinking of getting some Drag bronze 16" and a drop....what is the most thin sidewall size for 16's? how about 205/50's?

yea, missed the color somehow.

205/50 is a good size tire, and its near perfect replacement for the stock size, so your speedo will be fine.

those wheels dont look that hot in bronze though, better than red, but some of the others would look a lot better on an elantra. The small spokes will make them look smaller, especially in a color thats going to stick out like bronze or red.

good luck finding konig wheels in 16's right now. they stopped manufacturing them for the year. and "most" places just order from konig and have them sent out, not from a warehouse stock. You are going to have to find a place that Does keep a stock and can get them for you.

I called i think 5 or 6 places trying to get 3-4 diff types of konig's and they all told me the same story, all konig 16s are out of stock direct through konig, with NO SET shipping date. i found it hard to belive, but thats what iw as told again and again.

it worked out for me, i love my enkei's now, hopefully you can find what you are looking for.

It's not the plethora of altitude that makes it look rediculous. . . that's the point we're trying to make.

exactly. they're ugly wheels that dont match the car at all.

but there's a lot of that on this forum, so knock yourself out.
