this is a question for any of you exhaust guru's. Im having a difficult time determining whether a catback for the 97-01 tib will fit an 01 XD. I will be using the stock header. their seem to be mixed opinions, could anyone that fitted a tib 97-99 exhaust speak up. their was a thread about the ebay catback (some said it fit others said it didnt something about the header flex pipe), however the pacesetter for the tib looks to be a good deal under 200 bucks shipped Here (http://www.autopartsway.com/performance/spartdetails.cfm?ID=P40881490_429937), I used to have one on my prelude and loved the sound. would love to purchase one but dont want to be stuck with a exhaust that wont fit.

Sorry about the double post to many tabs open firefox crashed. could an admin please delete this thread.

I believe that the Tiburon exhaust is a few inches shorter than the Elantra -- the whole tib chassis is shorter.

Don't quote me on that, though. Someone with more info will probably chime in.
