I like the way the lc-1 looks better, but i like the sweeping guage on the aem (what i have) its easier to watch while your driving.

Try something different ... your a tuner right?

# Uses the inexpensive Bosch LSU Wideband Sensor.
# Accuracy to 0.01 Lambda.
# 2 programmable outputs
# Free Air Calibration
# Real-time datalogging
# User selectable refresh rate of 8-255 [hz] for digital display
# Reads from 0.69 [Lambda] to 2.33 [Lambda]
# Reads from 10.18 [AFR] - 34.28 [AFR]

IMO, If you'll be tuning, try the Zeitronix wideband unit. It will allow you to log several more signals (engine load, TPS, RPM, etc) in addition to the A/F ratio. It doesn't come with a display but it hooks up to any laptop.
I have one of those, and it's nice. Now all I need is an extra bung in the exhaust header. The only thing that didn't work right on mine is the simulated narrowband Lambda output -- the Elantra doesn't seem to like that output.

mine doesn't have a problem with the simulated narrowband signal ;)

The zeitronix can come with a display... You need to search lol

^ You can BUY a display for additional $$ on top of the cost of the Zeitronix main data box and sensor, but the basic package doesn't COME with one automatically. That way you can choose what type of readout you want.
Shheshh!

I use the LC-1 and I think it's great! Easy to install, too, hella easy directions. It may not come with the datalogging hardware for extra sensors, but you can buy that separately from Innovate for a damn reasonable price, I might add, IMO. Probably similar $ to that of a display for the Zeitronix unit...;)
I went with the red digital 'DB' gauge (Nordskog gauge), and wired it into my headlights as well. It dims when you turn your lights on. Nice feature.
