Turbo Flange Size Issue.

I'm having some issues finding a correct flange to have a downpipe made for a turbo. The seller stated it was a T3/T04E Mercedes style flange, but the normal style T3/4 flange is too small. Does anyone know of a larger flange that is a five bolt stlye like a T3/4?

take a picture of it and what are the measurements between the bolts are.

the benz flange is slightly larger then the regular t3 flange
