I called "Street Concepts" in colorado, and asked them if they install SAFC II's, which aparently they do. They said that weather I come in with an SAFC II, or buy it through them, that they will put it on for $100 to $125. If I don't get it through them then I don't get the warrenty on it. I asked them how much they sell them for and they said around $350. So my question was do you think that it would be worth having them install it? And if so are these good prices? Or would it be worth it to me to try and install it myself to save money? I also asked them about injectors and if I come in with them will they be able to install those two and I guess they can. They would charge a little more for the injector installation, and also charge more if I want them to tune it so it will work with the larger injectors. So, just curious what you guys think, controlling the fuel for a turbo setup is the only thing I am worried about and keeping me back from putting a turbo in the car, thats why I was checking to see how much I could get it installed from someone else so that I could be pretty confident about the fuel for the turbo setup. I was thinking getting it set up to run normally with larger injectors first, then set up the plumbing, and then tune the safc II, so what do you guys think?

come on man... you only have to soder like 6 wires...
dont pay someone $100-$125 for that.
you can buy a safc2 for $280 shipped on ebay.
Also... if you cant change injectors, well mayeb i just changed my mind about telling you to wire the safc2 yourself.. lol. Its so easy its not even funny. Just do it man... you cant really mess up changing injectors..
what i did to avoid the dyno tuning time/cost is purchase a wideband o2 sensor/display with instand air/fuel ratio display. It was $300... well worth the money, over and over

If you dont know what you are doing and dont want to risk frying your ecu... pay the shop to install it.
then after its installed, you can play with the tuning by yourself. :)
