Nitrous + Lean Fuel = BAAAD !

I was over at hyundaiaftermarket.com and i came across this thread... look at what happens when you run lean on nitrous... lucky for him, it was just the valve that melted a little bit and nothing else happened... that goes to show how strong the XD motor is.. it can take a beating and still come out strong... that goes to show all the haters that you can use a 100 shot on this motor as long as you have the right fuel mixture...

in this case, he just ran lean... ouchy !!

:eek: Damn! That ain't bad at all!!! But I thought Nitrous would help keep things a little cleaner in there. Oh well. Damn...I want a Nitrous kit so bad I can already feel the rush. I've been eyeing the Zex Wet kit for a while, but will probably have to wait another 5 months to get it, if then.

thats exactly what happened to my old honda motor. lol, I just popped some new valves in and sold it for $1700 (it was a 1991 and it didnt pass inspection and ran like **** after that)
