I ordered TWM short shifter and have some questions.

I cut the stock shifter to the maximum.

Also cut the shift boot to look and fit better.

Here's the question.

1. What if I cut the TWM short shifter, will it be too tough to shift?

2. If not, How much will be the shift boot?

sorry about dirty interior

I have the TWM shifter and don't think that it would be neccessary to make any shorter. I belive the amount of throw from 1st to 2nd was about 3 inches. When I drive my car and then get into one with the B&M it feels as if the car with the B&M is still using a stock shifter

There's no need to cut the TWM shifter. Man, that would be short.

Cut TWM shifter which is already pretty short? Now that's what I call hardcore! :)

I guess I got used to it so it's not that hard to me.

I am happy with short throw and keeping good cute looking momo shift.

Had one for a few years now, it's a hand flick compared to the old arm throw. Well worth the investment.
