Since i just got back on the site and am starting to buckle down on getting my setup running smoothly i figured i would post pictures of where i am as of now and get a thread going for my car. Feel free to ask questions and what not. God knows i'll be asking enough myself. lol.

Heres the engine bay as of now.

Does ANYONE know where i can get a new one of these turbo manifolds???? Its cracked badly. The car is stuck until i find a new one because im not gunna pay to weld it juss so it can break again.

Thats about it for now. Trying to find a new manifold and have all new gaskets on order. That will take care of all my exhaust leaks and then in the mean time i'm going to raise the car a bit in the front and degrease the engine bay, block, and tranny. Figured while everything was took apart might as well. After that i need to sell my truck and try to make something back from my unichip then invest in a F/IC. Let me know what you think.

If you can't source one, you can fix yours so it shouldn't crack any more. Weld it up again to repair the cracks, and then cut the flange between the ports. Yes.

1/16" between each port should give you enough wiggle-room that it won't kill itself again. Super-thick flanges or cuts between ports should be part of the rulebook when building turbo manifolds.

Appreciate the reply's. yeah matt pm'd me said it would be around 400. Im not in the best financial standing right now though to spend that much. I will probably just pay to get mine rewelded for the time being. Once i sell my truck i will definitely get a new one made.

Quick Update - Got my headers welded for the time being. Couldn't pass it up for 20$. Its running and sounding alot better now. Still using a ****ty downpipe gasket but should have a new one soon. Next is finding some money to get an FIC. I think. See my other post on that subject.
