Fiberglass How To tutorials

Has anyone brought any of the fiberglass how to tapes/ books that are advertised on ebay and car cites. These tutorials are supposed to give you a detailed step by step lesson on how to make fiberglass boxes, amp racks exc.

If you have brought one or seen one tell me what you think. Would you recommend it to others?
