yep. did it. Black leather in the center (matches the door armrests) and white on the outer. I do not recommend this project for the light hearted. it was a pita. It would be easier in vinyl because it is thinner material tho.

Are the arm rests next?

They are the stock black. I can't really think of a way to improve them. The back ones are the grey. I think I will find some front ones to put back there.

Thanks for the kudos. I only have a couple of other things I'm looking to do. They are kind of surprises so i won't let you in on them now. Just little things.

I have to cover four armrests, but I'm doing them in vinyl. Anywhere I could look up information and/or how to?

Did you take the console appart or just glue the new cover over the old one? If the former, how does it come apart?
