There is no accurate time for me, if I go to Newfoundland time its off 30 mins al we all know. now if I go to the option before and after it than my time is off an hour again. This is bull****!!!!

How can it be off in both directions? Either the East Coast or Brazil setting should work for you.

If you're in Ontario, you should be in Eastern time. GMT -5

Do you have DST set to Automatically detect DST setting?

Also when you have GMT -5, how far off is the time?
