ok i live in a townhouse/condo complex (whatever the **** u call it). we have spots in front of our houses. there is this one guy who drives an infiniti. its a nice car. he decides to install xm radio in his car. so i am watching him and his friends do this. i go back inside and he comes knocking on my door. he asks "hey can i borrow ur jumper cables? my car won't start, blah blah blah, something to do with the xm radio, blah blah blah" so i loan it to him and he parks his car in the first spot (the best spot in the world) infront of my house. they are outside blasting the xm radio. they are not even playing music! they found the playboy station. so they are blasting porn outside my house!! some of that **** sounds nasty! whatever they'll leave soon. so im watching them and he tries to start his car. won't start. long story short that car has been there for 3weeks 4days now! those dumbasses didn't install the radio right or something! and that car is still sitting there now. he also has one of those mini motercycles. those things are cool but not at 12am! im gonna have to slash the bikes tires someday. that little **** is loud! **** this neighborhood! first my neighbors, now the xm pervert! at least im moving next year to va beach!! yeah!!! im leaving my mark on this neighborhood though. i don't know what im going to do but its not going to be legal!!!

Thats why its called the flame forum. I feel your pain my man, I get the drug dealers in my neighborhood allowing their "clients" to park where ever they want. I fume and fuss about it, but I'm not willing to risk an armed confrontation over a parking space. Not that I haven't thought about going on a rampage mind you.....

this is kinda on the subject of parking spaces - we pay 1,100 a month for rent now on a THREE bedroom apartment. We dont have assigned parking yet the put this nasty orange sticker on my front window telling me i can only park ONE vehicle in front of my apartment, WTF 1 car for THREE bedrooms. they could have ask me instead of making me look like a total idiot by putting that sticker on my window!!!!

ok im done.

Wow $1100/mo for an apartment that is what my Mortgage on my house is...not including the damn $4600/yr property tax.

Back on topic they should at least give you 2 parking spaces.

^^ I have a 3-bedroom house for less than that a month. My house payment is $500, I live in a some what small city in Florida though. About 3 years ago I lived in a 1-bedroom apartment for the amount of what my house payment is now. Renting/leasing sucks, you need to check out buying a house. There are programs out there to help w/the down payment - as long as you have good credit.

Porn is ok in the privacy of your own home but why do you have to play it loud in the parking lot?

okay i've got you all beat. i pay $1325 for a TWO bedroom in boston with only STREET parking. utils NOT included. top THAT.

anyway, back on topic. yes i hate spot hoggs. the other type of spot hogg i can't stand is the a**hole who thinks his car deserves TWO spots and so parks in such a way as to take up two spots. this is fine in a normal parking lot where there are plenty of spaces, but in some shopping areas around me there is a shortage of spots. this infuriates me. i usualyl leave a hadn written note on the windshield that points out how inconsiderate and rude it is, but i always leave a warning, saying that if he values the appearance of his car, he should seriously rethink the way he parks, because next time i won't be as nice.

talk to your manager about the car, every apt I ever rented would tow any car that would sit around that long. I had a piece of **** s-10 and they would make me go out and move it from one place to another to prove it ran or they would have towed

For everyone to enjoy, of course. That, and it's funny. I much the fan of driving past just-let-out Sunday services with a little Jenna J. in the dvd and the sounds of lust being driven through the subs.

well i pay $1325 for an old 2-br apt in an old house. if you want a "nice" apt. with concierge, in-unit washer/dryer, private parking, pool use, etc., you're looking at $2000.

Ouch, that's some serious money! I pay for half a 2 bedroom basement apartment in Peterborough ON. Fireplace, tile floors, totally renovated less than 5 years ago. parking for four cars, huge backyard, really quiet and awesome neighborhood, I pay $350, everything included except cable internet. Of course the gas to drive to Whitby everyday for work makes the deal seem a bit less better, but still.
