whats up fellow elantra owners. sitting here thinking about all the honda, mitsu, and many other car clubs getting together, hanging, and talking about mods, ect. I live in the detroit area and have never heard of this. friends have hondas, mitsu, they have monthly meets. I go to alot of car shows and i see a many tiburons, and other hyundai's, and i like that. i know there is quite a few of us hyundai enthusiasts that like to brag to one-another about our mods. anyway what im getting at is we should get with other hyundai owners in area and get things going. maby set up a hyundai only car show by us hyundai owners somewhere and make a weekend out of it.
thanks for taking time to read post. reply with any comments. this is NOT intended to offend anyone.
ps. anyone live in detroit area lets get something going!

Why not check your regional section for meets?
We do have meets, it's just up to people to schedule and plan them. With that said, Hyundai meets are generally less frequent and less successful (meaning, 50 people say they will show up and only 15 do, even when planned MONTHS in advance).
If you want to have a larger all Hyundai meet, you could probably set something up here and then also on forums like HP, HA, SS, NT and so on.

supergls thank you for the reply. i would not even know where to start. posting things in websites is a great way to get things rolling. it is up to fellow hyundai owners to get involved in these matters. i am more that willing to put in the time and effort that goes with trying to set things in motion. last i checked the original post has 36+ views and only 1 reply. i wish when people read posts, that they reply what their thinking while reading post. this may help people get better involved in things of this nature (if they want too).as far as where to look for regional events, i draw a blank.
please.. if you have any input on this matter, dont hesitate to reply. the more input we get the better (i,we) may be able to make something happen.
even if 50 people say they will show up, and only a handfull really show up then its still a win-win situation for us.
thanks for taking time to read. look forward to hearing about this more
