According to kellybluebook, a 2001 with 75K miles in very good condition retails for around 20K in my zip code (southern california). I'd go to kbb.com and check the retail value for ur area.

Do you want it? Sounds like you don't really want it but want other people to tell you that you want it. It's like reverse'afied peer pressure, ha. Umm, used cars suck. The only way I'd buy a used car is if I were going to totally rebuild the engine/trans and such. You can never trust what other idiots have done to it. Maybe I'm just pessimistic.

super...that is the truth! my friend wants to get a used WRX...i told him no way! who knows how they took care of the turbo or the clutch for that matter!
75,000 is a tad too much for me! especially when you could buy a new tib for that!

"especially when you could buy a new tib for that! "
true true but you will get more respect owning a lexus than a hyundai... also i found out that it needs premium gas  i might pass on this one, and just save up for my turbo, but you need to see the insides of them, the shifter is awsome, its has a 5 speed auto with the shift up and down on the steering wheel, sunroof, hids, all red lumination...
the mileage and the gas type is what kills it for me, over $30 for a full tank of gas... i wish i could have two cars

Sunroof, HID's and all red illumination is possible with any car. Now the shifter on the steering wheel is sort of unique, but I always wondered what it would take to create paddle shifters for our car, I mean, basically it would need a relay or two and a servo to move the linkage.
