Urgent: Missing person (pic added)

I received an email this morning from a friend about this.
I'm passing on this information, this guy I know posted it on another forum in the Ottawa area. Be on the lookout people.

--This is a serious post. My Girl friends mother has gone missing with no sign. She has not been seen since 9am when she went grocery shopping in Bells Corners Loblaws. She is a super Mom so this is not thinkable action of her. We have been looking all day for signs of her Van and are going to continue look through the night. There is no sign of her or her vehicle.
Please keep an eye out for an early 90's ford Aerostar 2 tone vandark blue on top grey on bottom Plate ( 534 TYD ). The Missing person's name is Patricia Welch. We are in desperate need of info. PS she is missing please spare a moment to look.'

A 51-year-old Nepean woman is missing from her home.
Ottawa Police are asking anyone who knows anything about Patricia Welch's whereabouts to call them immediately.
She was last seen by her husband at 9:30 AM Thursday, when she left their Stillwater Drive home to go buy milk, possibly from the Loeb or Loblaws in Bells Corners.
Welch has no known medical issues, and her disappearance is said to be very out of Character.
She's described as 5’ 5”, 150 lbs, with long straight brown hair, she speaks with an English accent.
She might be driving a blue Ford Aerostar Van, license plate number 5-3-4-T-Y-D.
