I am going to play devils advocate.. What that thing appears to be is a capacitor of sorts.. Ever turned your AC on at night? Yea. Would that stop the horrible dimming?

It wouldnt really stop the dimming unless you hooked up a cap to your fuse box. This just evens out the flow from the negative terminal to the chassis. You can build one youself for 10 bucks if you use a really nice capacitor and box.

Wow are those numbers misleading - especially for the bulk head. Going from 0.7 mV to -0.6mV is really only a 0.1 mV difference - considering you're aiming for zero. But they list it as a 1.3mV difference and a change of -185%! Talk about false advertising.
