Catch Can quesiton

I'm hoping that somebody knows what the difference between the two PCV outlets are. One is connected to the intake manifold and the other is connected to the intake tubing. I have seen pictures and DIY's for bypassing either, but never both at the same time. Why is that?

The one that feeds back into the air intake is the high rpm one. There is little or no vapor feeding back through that one. I have had my set up for about 20k miles and my tb is clean as a whistle. I think a guy named Jay had 2 separate ones setup in his front grille at one time. I don't know what the size is since it is not really necessary.

I've been doing some reading and it seems that the tube going to the air intake actually *sucks* air into the crankcase.

The one going into the intake sucks air and a little oil out of the crankcase. I have mine there and there is some oil in the catch.
