Sorry for the minor problems

Hey everyone, I'm in the middle of updating the Navbar and as you can tell, there are some small problems. Nothing that harms your ability to use the site, just some things that makes the site look eww.

I'll be getting these fixed soon.

I didn't think it looked eww, I don't mind the look of the 2 level nav bar.

First of all, eww is my word, stop copying me, haha.

Second, the two level Navbar will remain, it allows for more info to be up there. If you log out, you'll see the eww I'm talking about.

EDIT- Everything is fixed now.

You'll now notice that vBChat and Arcade only show up when logged in, because you can only use them when loggen in anyway. Oh, and obviously the Related Links link doesn't work because I haven't made the page yet, give me a couple days for that. Thanks to my friend Ryan for the help. It's bed time now.
