that aint ghetto....ghetto would have been trying to fit a stolen bmw grill to a normal grill....and leaving it as is!....atleast that took some intuition and planning

big time rice. Kind of like putting IS300 trunk lights on another car (but those even look horrible on the Toyota lol).

Although it's funny how Bimmer-like the Elantra headlights actually look, I just think it's rice to put parts that are obviously from another car brand on a different car. This doesn't include little things like bumper lips that can be modified to fit and pretty universal looking. I'm talking about things like the traditional Bimmer "twin kidney" grille, or when people put Mercedes lights on Civics. It's just a step further than putting Bimmer emblems on your Hyundai.

im not loving it...maybe if they make more of a v shape with them an lower it a tad, then maybe it will be good

I saw an old Toyota Tercel with a BMW grill and front bumper and it actually made it look like the older 318. But I'm not sure about it on the Elantra.

I think that actually looks pretty cool on the XD. The only thing rice would be the BMW emblem sitting above the grill. It's people like these that makes shows such as Hot Import Nights, SEMA, etc. interesting. Imagine if you had to judge a show and each Civic all looked the same with the exception of their body kits. That would be pretty boring to judge. Now imagine that one of those Civics did an S13 headlight conversion with a S2000 taillight conversion. If that person could actually make it look good, I would definitely score him higher for being different. I've also seen some conversions that just looked wrong. It takes a lot of money to do these conversions and just because some of these Koreans figured out a cheap way to trick out their grill doesn't automatically make it rice. If I saw any of these cars on the street it would make me look twice, and not the kind of look where you just want to start busting out laughing. I personally still can't figure out what the first 2 cars are.

The first three are Kia Optimas and the fourth one is a Daewoo Magnus. Then obviously the white one at the bottom is a EF2 Sonata.
