i will have to listen to it straight through....but i dont think it will beat his gods son album...the source gave it 5 mics! the only album to recieve it :bowdown: ....but we shall see!

Although I'm only half way through the second CD, I believe that it's definately not his best album. I think Illmatic and God's Son are better, and also I like the The Lost Tapes better.

There is some really different production on this album as compared to other hip hop albums that have come out lately, and I think this is a good thing. Instead of doing the same old stuff he has L.E.S (best of the QB producers in my mind), Chucky Thompson, and Saalam Remi (who I haven't heard much other work from) producing some strange but nice tracks. He doesn't do bad himself on the first and third tracks of the second CD, which is pretty surprising as I think it's his producing debut.

So far I'd say highlights include These Are Our Heroes (with the nice Kobe diss, ha), Disciple, Suicide Bounce, and Virgo with Luda sounding very Slick Rick-esque with Doug E. Fresh on the track. Also I like how he sounds like Too $hort on Remember the Times.

my style is my fav right now.....this definitely not his best but it is not bad by any means....the lost tapes is definitely a hot album...."no idea" is retardedly crazy!


i agree...the album that got five mics was "stillmatic" < his best album hands down!

I love on he firsst disc #10 and 11 can't think of the names these are our heros is nice and the song about is lil girl is so sweet
No rapper out can touch nas....I wouldn't say his best cd but pretty damn close o..
