Ok, so I think this comes from the exhaust, correct me if I'm wrong.
After a good drive, when I park my car, I can hear a ticking sound for about 5 mins, coming from under. Is it because of the exhaust cooling down? If it is, is there a way to fix this?

i have the same thing, i think its from the engine bay *shrug*. I think its normal
it's normal. Especially if ur car revs at higher rpms or the engine works harder in general. I live on a mountain, so everytime i drive up and park my car the "ticking" sound is there as the exaust is cooling off. Also i noticed that in wet conditions the sound is gone faster so it must be simply the heat buildup on the exaust. i dont think thats something u'd should be concerned about.

Good to know! Although the sound is annoying...
Higher RPM's? Working harder? Hmm... I just use my car for everyday driving (okay...a race now and then doesnt hurt) and I shift at 3000, MAX at 3500 when in a rush when I'm driving normally. Is that considered reving too much?
idk it shouldnt be... i think it depends more on how long u do it. I like to ignore the fact that im going up the mountain :D so ussually i just keep the same speed as on normal road, so engine has to work to keep up the speed and overcome the gravity, which really heats things up.

Haha people say you should only be one the first gear when going up a mountain :P
i guess thats true, not to be killing the engine and all...... i got automatic tho, so it does wat it wants while i handle my curves :D i guess its a pretty bad habit, i should try to cut back on the fun....
