Need Help - Removal of E Brake?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the stock e brake handle? It seems Like its all one solid piece of hard plastic.

I want to do a replacement e brake handle, but I can't see how to remove the stock assembly. Maybe I'm missing seeing some bolts somewhere.
