mp3 Guru's in here please

Here is the deal, at work we have a Music on Hold setup that uses mp3's. The mp3's that it uses are encrypted from the company that provides the machine. I am trying to use an mp3 that I produced at home. Unfortunately, I cannot use it unless I encrypt it with whatever code they did. Nothing illegal, just trying to save my company some money doing my own voiceover and music on hold stuff.

Here is a file that they sent us....it is encrypted so if you can figure out what it is, then I can encrypt my file(s) for future use.

Can you give me the name of the company and the machine we're talking about? An encrypted MP3 is not very helpful, none of my software seems to recognize the file format at all. Doesn't even look like it's related to MP3 when I open it in a hex editor.
