As long as you're not worried about resale, a black interior would be awesome, IMO. It may look a little funny with the gray leather though... are you thinking of changing the carpet too?

I think black with the gray leather would look pretty good.
Before you embark on something like this, make sure you know how much everything is going to cost.

hmm thanks super, i would have to picture it more . . the grey on black . . .about the cost . . how bad could it be? at worst a dozen cans of spray paint? i was thinking about YOU when i thought of spray painting the door panels . . then i thought, hmm wouldnt it be nice to paint them black for MY car . . . NOW i just had a thought since you mentioned grey on black would be good. what about all the leather grey, including on the doors, and everything else plastic like the vinyl(pleather) not the stiched stuff between the window switches and the edge of the window area, but the arm rest area and the arm rest aread right infront of the window in black, then, the plastic where the handle is and all that in brushed alluminum. . . and then chrome handles and the like. . . can you guys picture it?

Yes, this may be alot of $$. And if you're really going to do a black interior, you should get some new seats, or at least seat covers. And remember-headliner, carpet, dash, seats, dashboard, center console, and anything i missed, ALL BLACK!! should look kick *** when youre done though.

Right, I wasn't talking about the cost of the painting. I was talking about all the stuff GTSTISL mentioned.

dang photobucket with the resizing crap . . ok basically what i said in the pic was thanks and sorry to woody for the pic, and explained the coloration.
obviously the black would be black, but the white would be brushed silver, and the stitched leather would stay the same. can you see it ok from the pic?
hope so . . about the cost again . . theres not much that would cost too much other then the headliner and the carpet now, the dash . . obviously im fearful of painting that and probably wouldnt untill i talked to some people with experience like at some body shops or something . . so if you know anyone ask around about this. cause i would do it, but im affraid about the dash. i would have to see what would work best there. heck, maybe they sell the same material but in black . . im sure they do, it must be some kind of heat activated stick on vinyl stuff. we'll see. gotta go now. talk to you all later today
talk amongst yourselves lol

Quick Question. (New here) how would one go about painting their interior, like the door panels and full dash? I would be painting it from tan to black.

Run a quick search and you should find a bunch of different techniques.
Basically you are going to be cleaning, painting, painting, painting, clearing, clearing, clearing.
