Hi guys,
Hey, how do you get to the bulbs in the side markers in the trim strips? My driver's side rear red side light bulb is burned out, and I want to replace it.
I can't seem to feel under the bumper skin to find the wiring harness -- I hope I don't have to pull the wheel well liners and stuff out to get to them! :(

The side markers are pretty easy. Basically you can pop the front side marker out to get to the bulb. I am pretty sure that when I was changing my side markers the light bulb was exposed.
You could even pop the side marker out from underneath if easier -- that will give you access to the bulb as well.

So in other words, just pry it out carefully from the trim strip? I just want to clarify so I don't break anything.

Oh! Do you have a GT? I have a GLS, so I don't have the black trim around the car. I am not sure how different the light placement is on a GT vs GLS.

It should be the same on the GT... the side markers are slightly different shape, but I doubt that Hyundai would have mounted them differently just because of the moulding. Thanks Jlivan!

Somehow I think they'd be different that the GLS ones, just something about them gives me that feeling. I'm betting Ilan can shed some light on this.
