Dome light...

Hey all-

I was on superlumination.com and saw that they had replacement bulbs for the dome over head light, and was wondering what # or size the bulbs were, also if anyone had pictures of there replaced color dome light bulb this would be great.

The dome light towards the center of the car? Because that, to my knowledge is dificult to replace.

yes, i belive that the dome light is torward the center of the car, but the one I really want to replace is the one torwards the front, above the front seats.

It is not difficult at all to replace. The part for sylvania is DE3175. And to change it, you pop out the clear plastic piece with a flat head screwdriver. Then you just pop out the bulb and put a new one in. Then pop the plastic piece back in. Simple as that.

yes, very easy to get off...from the day i bought the car, there was a little bug in the dome light...never wanted to mess it up, so i left it...met up w/ cornbread @ HIN cleveland, and he told me it popped right off...we stopped at a rest area on the way back, and i remembered the bug, took the cover off, and threw it out the window


now there seems to be a year long bond i just broke w/ that bug being in there :(

i noticed a rattle in my dome light when i first got my subs installed. i finally took it apart and found a little piece of plastic and a metal clip in there loose. i had to take the whole dome light apart to find these under the headliner. anyone have the same problem. any ideas where these came from.
