Indash flip out LCD screen

I just installed this about two days ago, I found it on ebay for 200. after shipping, I did'nt want anything that look like a radio so this was perfect when in the dash it looks like a piece of plastic, and the screen quality is great not as good as my old pioneer but for the price can't go wrong

Nice job! Did the radio just fit right in the bottom? I'm not sure if that would work on an 01. It think it's not as deep

it would work, do you remember the pioneer screen in my 01 I had the 930 and the flip out they fit fine the only problem I had with this one is that I had to cut the plastic brackets the 01 has metal much easier to use

How is the Flip down door below the sterio attached, I thought about tring to mount a LCD in there, so I could just flip that Up when I wasn't watching it. That is if the Door isn't perminatly attached to the pocket.

;) Get a lilliput or a Xenarc. Those are the best. The Xenarc is by far better, the Lilliput is good for the budget man.

I know the look that you were going for was to be that nothing was in that din but anyone with some car knowledge would know that is a flip out. Someone else mentioned trying to install a flip out right into the dine where the gt, and all of those modded gls', have the storage with a flip down door. What about just attaching the actual door to the compartment to the front of the screen somehow so it still looks like it's just a storage compartment but won't really show, because of the angle, after the screen comes out. I know this is kind of wordy but I can't seem to find a better way to explain. - Subvibe

The screen would get stuck with the door (you have to push it in for it to pop out).
The picture was not very good with movies only games.
