Is this even possible on our cars?....not sure if our Elantras have "H-matic transmissions" (as the part description said) If they do, I guess we could use these....otherwise, I guess not!

Anything is possible when one bilion dollars is thrown at the problem. Honestly it couldn't be that hard to wire up some paddles behind the wheel. The Hyundai H-matics are electric shift aren't they?

Kspec has a product for the Spectra to add the steering wheel shifting for Auto Trannys. I do not know if it will work for our cars.

No. This isn't possible on our cars. The add-on steering wheel shifters on K-Spec are for cars with shiftronic transmissions. Simply putting a button on your steering wheel won't do anything, since there's nothing to hook it up to.
