I think they lower the ends like that as to see who's "more daring" to drive with the end lowered that much. I saw a SUV up around here that had em, was actually kinda impressive. Who knows, but that is a LOT of hydraulics there. Espically with the jeeps, wtf? And I personally think its funny as hell to see the car's with those tiny *** rims, lol.
