Probably the best would be to put a 12 on each side near the rear. You can either build it so they face each other or face up on a 45 degree angle. As for the monitor in the trunk, it would be best either on the trunk lid itself, or if you're worried about getting rear-ended in an accident, put it close to the back seats.
I have been thinking (when I can put my system back in the car) to mount the Amp on a rack, under the rear deck that will flip down with the opening of the trunk. But you could do something similar for an LCD.

the idea about the 12s in the rear corners, i thought about this the most then i can put the tv some were in the middle,.........still thinking......has anyone did a fiberglass sub box in a xd yet? will i be the first?
ok, this is what i was going to do when i wanted two 12's... maybe you hate it...
the section before (towards the frt of the car) the strut towers can be modified for two 45 degree 12's very easily....
Also, the LCD I think should be a flip down from the top of the rear deck, since there is PLENTY of space for it there and you can flip it up for non show events

not bad but ill pass on that, but the flip down tv things is a good one

I also think you should use the spare tire well for your amp rack

I agree with sed about the spare tire for an amp rack that is what I am going to do when I do my amp custom. I would do a non flip down screen and mount it on the trunk lid so when the trunk is open it is facing towards you.

that is what i was planing, put the amp under glass and put the tv on the trunk lid or in the middle somewhere, i ran out of resin/hardner so my project is at a stop right now :( ......back to lowes
