I have just started a business, it is called 20th Century Vending. I was thinking of using a logo similar to the one below. Can anyone wipe out the word Fox and replace it with the word Vending? Thank you.

just remember.... if your logo is too close to theirs, they can sue your pants off.....

If someone can get me close, I can spice it up enough that it wont be recognized.
I am not looking for an IDENTICAL match, just something to work with.

Just sort of create the same lettering but leave all of the background out. Something like I did here. You would have to work w/the lettering though. You wouldn't be able to do it exactly b/c of what mrhoaf said.
