Alright,
I want to re-do my interior. Car is black. So far i've got the red on the calipers and on some engine components.
What should i do about the interior? I want to color, of course, the usual door inserts, dash fascia, and vents, but which color? I'm hesitating between silver and red... Something that would go with the rest of the interior, including the grey leather.

hey dude i just did my interior painting. I did red to match my seats, but silver or red would look good. i think that a gray or dull silver color may be a little better with the gray leather. Anyways thats just my opinion.

I really don't like the color red but if you already started on red I would continue that through the interior.

well i havent *started* with red really, just the calipers, and by saying engine components, i'm talking about some wires, some caps, etc... not even the big plastic on top of the engine :)

Please don't do red. Bright, flashy colors look like crap IMO. You need a neutral color. Black/Silver/Gray would be good. I really like the dark gray metal flake that SED used on his current project.

As he says in the post, the picture doesn't do the color justice... I have the same color on my exterior 'lips'
And click my signature if you want to see what a light gray looks like (almost silver, but more gray)

Ohhhhhhhhh yea, your lips! I remember now.. I don't like those 'glitterr' things in the pain though :( I think i'll go with a gray/silverish color. Time to shop around and find the right color... If you can help, be my guest :)
or use testors alum. model paint, for the accents and a nice deep gray for the black parts

no, foam applicator... just take one of your girls tampons....
LOL
