My headlight turn signals don't have those orange inserts, instead I have orange bulbs. I'd rather have all clear up front but I am tired of buying bulbs. So I switched them out with my brake light bulbs since they're clear. I tested to see if the brakes lights would dim with an amber bulb instead. The brake light with the amber bulb, was brighter both low/high, than the clear. Plus it seems like the whole lense is more illuminated and has a slight hint of orange to it. :rolleyes:

if you want clear bulbs up front get the silverstar 1156 an it looks blueish / clear but flashes amber, thats what i did check out my pics
