sounds like a nice product list!

Without using them correctly, even things as nice as those can sound bad though.. Make sure you treat them with respect :)

What are you plans for your monitors? I have a few ideas of locations that you might find interesting. PM me if you want more details ;)

nice choice in audiobahn. you left out the 2300hct ran @ 1 ohm:) as heard in my car. gotta love the chrome big *** amp look huh? also the immortals f'n rock. be ready to drop major $$ for the 5000spl. get 2-2300 hct's.
anyways, nice plans for the ride

Audiobahn, good choice. I didn't even know they made half the stuff you listed. I helped design an 8 12" Xtant Aluminum Sub setup for a truck. We used 4 of the Audiobahn A5000SPL amps and 4 of the 2 Farad digital caps combined with 2 extra yellow tops. The only issue we had was the amps required a crap load of power (more than usual), which kept tripping the breaker switch. Even 00 gauge wire didn't help. We ended up installing a second alternator dedicated just for the system.

Yeah both 2200hct and 2300hct run at 1,2,4 ohm but i plan on using then at 4 ohm, why 2 2300hct? the 2200 isnt enough? I think 300 rms will blow the 200 rms speakers, and also yes i know about the price range of the A5000SPL, thats the major reason why this is a long term plan, oh and that amp also run 5000 rms @ 1 ohm. I aslo plan to do a big fiber glass work on my trunk to make my car look as it sound you know..

I just can say WOW that must be illegal. Can I install a second alternator? How? and how much will it cost me?

well yes you could theoretically install another altenator, well maybe not on our cars, since it would most likely be so parastic on the motor you could only have it switched or clutched like the A/C Fan. It has to run off the crank somehow, and there isn't a lot of room on the left side of the motor. You would be better off just getting a high performance alt.

They ordered it from fosgate I believe. 150-200 amp output I think? They had to fabricate special brackets, it was a PITA. But when someone waives $20,000 cash in your face and says "that's the down payment, I have a SPL competition this weekend" nothing but "yes sir" comes outta our mouths. As for cost, money was no object to him. His salesman would know I'm sure but I don't work there anymore.

And as for that system, that's nothing compared to what we did to his "boat"!! Anyone ever seen All About the Benjamins? The part where they're in the boat sales office and Ice Cube is looking at that $10 million boat and offers like $3k down? That "Boat" behind Cube was smaller than the one this guy brought in!! Took up our whole 8 vehicle bay, and you're talking each bay is big enough for a full size RV!! Don't ask about the boat, purely on the d/l, plus he'd probably find me and kill me.... , hehe.

WTF does mean the SPL? And i dont have that kind of money, yet, maybe someday... i hope, lol... Then there isnt a high performance alternator for our cars... maybe ill look in here, cause there are people here that can do anything to a car, an alternator isnt a challenge for some people here... We`ll see...

SPL is Sound Power Level.... Its all about the loudest bass hit in decibels. thats it, use as much power you can to make a one track bass drag lol, the BEST way to blow the **** out of really really expensive speakers, but its a **** load of fun :)

SPL is Sound Pressure Level.

Sound Domain is okay if you have bottomless pockets... if you wanna find cheap mobile audio equipment visit www.thezeb.com. They are authorized dealers of everything they sell, which means if you blow a voice coil you can send it back to the manufacturer and they will replace it....don't ever buy something from an unauthorized dealer or your warranty is void. They carry Rockford, Audiobahn, Pioneer and many more great brands. Check out the CDT Audio component speakers, the best europe has to offer the US!

What was funny was our shop was sponsoring the SPL drag contest, dude ended up losing and he was pissed. But what the hell, he expected to compete and win in a 3 day time frame? What do you expect when you come up against someone who's Hummer had, from what I saw from the back, a box built into an inverted hexagon that had 5 12's per wall (so x6=30!). The Hummer was a box itself with the hexagon being the port. If you stood in front of it, it would literally stop your heart!! It takes at least a 3 month time frame from concept to finished product to even compete with that.

ive heard that anything over 140dbl could possibly stop the heart.
i have 1-2300hct and 2-12" 1206t flameQ subs. it should hit upwards of 150dbl.

Probably prolonged exposure to 150 db. The capillaries and aveoli in your lungs would rupture and you'd drown in your own blood.

Maybe. :D
